Onyx Care Solutions is licensed to offer Home & Community-based Services to seniors and people with disabilities. This includes those living with chronic illnesses, developmental and physical disabilities and cognitive and behavioral diagnosis. We empower our clients to self-direct their care by helping them understand the resources available to help them remain safely independent in their communities, living their best life.

In-Home Supports with Training: We create customized care plans to address the unique requirements of each client, ensuring they receive the precise care and support they need.
In-Home Respite Care: We provide temporary relief to family caregivers, allowing them to recharge while ensuring their loved ones continue to receive the care they need. We specialize in complex respite care to ensure clients with higher level needs receive the same level of care as provided by their caregivers.
24-hour Emergency Assistance: We are available around the clock to respond to any urgent care needs, ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients.
Night Supervision: We provide overnight monitoring and support to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals, responding promptly to any needs or emergencies during nighttime hours.
Homemaking (Must be provided with IHS w/T): We assist with routine household tasks to help individuals maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment, supporting their independence and overall well-being.
